Many companies recognise that if their employees are well then they will perform better and have less time absent from work. We work with companies to identify lifestyle and wellbeing factors which affect performance. Employees who handle pressure well are usually effective and perform well, in contrast employees who find that work pressure is difficult to manage may become de-motivated, under confident or lack self esteem.

  • Your brain only recovers when in deep sleep, therefore lack of sleep negatively impacts focus and concentration
  • Eating after a night sleep immediately improves concentration.

We work with companies in a number of different ways:

  • Health clinics are popular; we are mobile and can work within your office space. The health checks are delivered on an individual basis, the maximum number we can check is 7 employees per consultant per day. Results are discussed directly with the employee.
  • Workshops which explore performance attributes, lifestyle and pressure tolerance.
