Our health check includes a lifestyle analysis which will provide an overview of how you manage your life including, sleep patterns, alcohol consumption, diet, fluid intake, mood, social interaction, relaxation, activity and exercise.

Lifestyle, habits and behavioural information helps to draw a picture about your health; if in addition we examine your stress responses and physical function you will be able to recognise your psychological and physiological profile.

This information will enable us to identify and discuss with you where your wellbeing can be improved, additionally it will highlight habits and behaviours which have a negative impact on health.

During health consultations our clients become aware of how their lifestyle affects their wellbeing; we offer the option of extending this awareness. A detailed lifestyle analysis is recommended for anyone who would benefit from gaining a deeper understanding. Comprehensive exploration requires making a daily record of lifestyle to expose associations between mood and food, habits and thought processes, actions and reactions.
